Security Contact role in Account & Billing

What is it?
A super-admin or billing admin can now add a security contact to their portal from Account & Billing.


Why does it matter?
This contact type will receive critical Security notifications from HubSpot. We strongly recommend designating your Cybersecurity and Incident Response team, Chief Information Security Officer, or another appropriate individual for this role. Distribution lists are allowed, and this role does not have to be a user in the HubSpot portal.


How does it work?
The customer will be able to add a security contact in Account & Billing, Company Info section.
