What is it?
Knowledge Vaults now stay automatically in sync with selected HubSpot Segments (Active Lists), ensuring the Vault always contains up-to-date Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Tickets matching your criteria.
Why does it matter?
Users need Knowledge Vaults that remain accurate and up to date without manual maintenance, eliminating the risk of stale or irrelevant information and ensuring AI Assistants and Agents always access the latest CRM records.
How does it work?
To create an Active List–powered Knowledge Vault, users select the object type (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets), choose an existing Active Segment, name and describe the Vault, and optionally connect it to specific Agents or Assistants.
The Vault automatically includes records matching the Active segment (active list); no manual updates are needed. Only one Segment (Active List) can be linked per Vault, and these Vaults do not support adding files or other content.
