Sunsetting Pop Up Forms

What is it?

Pop-up forms allow users to create modal-based lead capture forms that appear on their website based on predefined triggers (e.g., exit intent, scroll percentage, time delay). They have been a long-standing feature for lead generation, and have historically been available to all hubs and tiers.

However, new customers will no longer be able to create pop-up forms. Stater+ customers will be able to use CTAs as an alternative. New Free portals will need to upgrade to access CTAs. Existing pop-up forms will remain functional for now, but future plans may include full deprecation.

Why does it matter?

Pop-up forms have been a long-standing feature for lead generation, but they have now been replaced by CTAs. By streamlining our form offerings, we can focus on delivering a more seamless and modern experience for marketers while reducing complexity in our platform.

How does it work?

After August 15th, portals can no longer create, edit or collect submissions through pop up forms.

Who gets it?

All hubs and tiers
