What is it?

You can now search for Appointments directly from HubSpot's global search bar — right alongside contacts, companies, deals, and more.

Why does it matter?

In HubSpot, Appointments are a CRM object used to track scheduled meetings and time-bound interactions with customers. Making Appointments searchable means you can quickly find and reference appointment information across your connected tools — all within HubSpot.

How does it work?

When you use the global search in the top navigation, you'll now see Appointment records in your results. Just start typing an appointment's name, or owner, and HubSpot will surface any matching records — along with other relevant results.
