What is it?
When a NetSuite sales order is created in HubSpot, either manually or through an automated workflow, the corresponding deal will now be automatically associated with the order in HubSpot.
Previously, when a user created a sales order from HubSpot, a sales order in Netsuite was automatically created but only able to associate with HubSpot deals as an integration sales order.

Why does it matter?
This new association helps unify your sales data in HubSpot and provides your team with a more reliable source of truth for all your customer data.

How does it work?
Install the NetSuite app: Once installed, go to the settings icon in the top navigation bar and click on Integrations > Connected Apps. Select NetSuite and complete the setup guide.
Configure sync: Check that your product sync is set up properly to NetSuite sales orders → HubSpot order. A HubSpot order will not be created otherwise.
Create sales order: Once synced, follow the guide to Create a NetSuite sales order in HubSpot either directly from the deal record or by using a deal-based workflow (for Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise).
Workflow Setup: To create a deal-based workflow, navigate to Automation > Workflows in HubSpot and set up your flow.
Workflow Action Configuration
Ensure all required properties and branching logic are included in the workflow before adding the sales order creation action.
Note: Some properties, such as 'subsidiary', are only available at certain tiers and may need to be manually created as custom properties in HubSpot to be included in the workflow.
Once your sales order workflow is created, with required properties and branching included, check that "Save & Sync" is on.
The HubSpot deal to order association now occurs when a NetSuite sales order is created in HubSpot using the manual or automated process.
Any deals enrolled in this sales order creation workflow will automatically have the 'Order' (from HubSpot) and 'Sales Order' (from NetSuite) records synchronized and associated with the deal record. You can view this association in the side panel of the deal record in HubSpot.
