How does it work?

This API provides guidance to retrieve and sync a transcript into HubSpot. Synced transcripts from meetings and calls will be stored in a HubSpot call object for each transcript instance. Your customer can then use this transcript data for a range of features in HubSpot, and update keep HubSpot up to date with important information from their meetings and calls.

• Purpose: To enable third-party transcriptions for meetings in HubSpot.
• Core Requirements: Customers must create a Call CRM object and include its ID in the `engagementId` field of `TranscriptRequest` in the POST endpoint.
