Why does it matter?
With HubSpot & Gemini for Google Workspace integration, you can now enable your sales teams to be 10X more productive, by accessing & using HubSpot inside of Gmail, with the power of Google Gemini AI.
How does it work?
Users can interact with HubSpot via the Gemini AI sidepanel in Gmail to enable a number of AI based actions and prompts:
Firstly, when you open your email, you will see the "help me take action on this email in HubSpot" button, clicking on this will open the Gemini sidepanel where you will first be asked to sign into your HubSpot account and then can start interacting with HubSpot.
Now you will have a number of specific Gemini based actions you can take via the 'quick actions' buttons, and you can also use the 'prompt' bar to ask Gemini to do task for you
- View a contact, company, deal in HubSpot
- Create a contact, company, in HubSpot
- Draft a reply to your email
- Research this company
- Create a notes in HubSpot from your email
All while keeping HubSpot up-to-date, by syncing Gemini AI powered activities from Gmail to the relevant location inside the HubSpot CRM.
