What is it?
Super admins can now mark individual or multiple contacts and companies to exclude from mirroring, allowing selective sharing of CRM data across accounts in Multi-Account Management.
Why does it matter?
Customers with multiple accounts need granular control over which CRM data is shared to maintain confidentiality, adhere to compliance, and align with internal data governance, enabling more customers to confidently use MAM for cross-account collaboration.
How does it work?
Marking Individual Objects as Excluded from cross-account data mirroring
Super admins can select individual contacts or companies and exclude them from mirroring. They perform this by changing the value of a newly added property called "Excluded from cross-account data mirroring" which exist within property group called Multi-Account Management. Once marked, these objects are excluded from data mirroring.
Bulk Actions
Super admins can use the existing bulk property setting framework to mark multiple contacts or companies to exclude from mirroring. All users can view the new property.
