What is it?

Custom Assistants can now read HubSpot CRM records, including custom objects and properties.

Why does it matter?

This expansion allows Custom Assistants to access more HubSpot data without requiring you to add it to a Knowledge Vault. You can now create assistants that:

Recommend discounts based on comprehensive deal record information
Help customer success managers identify critical pain points
Provide insights on any record a user is viewing in the portal

How does it work?

To enable this feature:

Navigate to your Custom Assistant builder
Check the box to allow the assistant to Read your HubSpot CRM records
Recommended: In the Assistant Instructions field, specify which data you want the assistant to access

Who gets it?

This feature is available for HubSpot Starter and above plans.
