What is it?

Introducing email and webhook notifications for HubSpot IP range changes. Customers can now subscribe to receive notifications when HubSpot’s published IP ranges are added, modified, or removed, allowing them to proactively update their firewall rules and network configurations.

Why does it matter?

Customers who allowlist HubSpot IP ranges in their firewalls currently have no way to know when those ranges change. This leads to reactive support tickets and potential service disruptions. Proactive notifications reduce support burden and improve customer trust.

How does it work?

Super admins can subscribe to email notifications via Settings → Notification Preferences → Security → IP Range Updates. Webhook notifications are available via the IP Ranges API — customers can register a webhook endpoint to receive callbacks when IP ranges change.
