What is it?

Our enhanced Social Analyze Tab offers a brand-new set of insightful, ready-to-use reports, making it easier than ever to understand your social media performance. You can now quickly see key metrics in four fundamental categories to prove and improve your social media ROI.

Why does it matter?

Why it matters: You need a clear and simple way to understand how your social media efforts are performing and demonstrate their value to your team and stakeholders. This upgraded Analyze tab provides straightforward, curated reports that highlight the most important metrics, helping you quickly see what's working.

Problem solved: Instead of sifting through complex data, you get actionable insights to easily grasp your social media impact, prove your return on investment (ROI), and make smarter decisions about your strategy. This is especially helpful for understanding how social media contributes to leads and engages your audience.

How does it work?

  • The Analyze Tab, found within your Social tool, now features a collection of new, curated reports designed to give you clear insights.
  • These reports are grouped into four main categories to help you understand different aspects of your performance:
    • Grow your brand: Track your brand’s visibility and reputation over time. Reports show follower growth, impressions, reach, and sentiment trends.
    • Drive engagement: Understand how audiences interact with your content across social platforms. Reports measure likes, comments, shares, and video engagement.
    • Track leads from social: See how social media contributes to your pipeline by showing where leads and deals originate. Reports highlight conversions, attribution, and post performance.
    • Optimize your content: Identify what’s working and what’s not. Reports compare engagement by media type, timing, and content style to guide future strategy.
  • You can easily filter these reports by your different social accounts, specific networks, and various time ranges to get the exact view you need.
  • The data powering these reports is part of an upgraded system, ensuring consistency if you also build your own custom reports.
  • For a period, you'll be able to switch back to the previous version of the Analyze tab if needed

CRITICAL LIMITATION: historical data is only available starting from July 1, 2025 or the date that your social account was connected (if connected after July 1, 2025). To access historical data collected before July 1, 2025, you can opt out of the new Analyze tool and return to your social reports. Learn how to edit beta enrollment.
