We are sunsetting the ticket sentiment property on the company object. This property aggregated ticket sentiment from all messages on open tickets associated with the company and any tickets opened in the last 7 days. The property displays the current aggregated ticket sentiment as a number.

Why does it matter?

The aggregated ticket sentiment property was not as accurate or helpful as we planned.

How does it work?

After August 1st this property will no longer be available anywhere in HubSpot
