What is it?

Associate carts with deals directly from record pages in HubSpot.

Why does it matter?

This feature helps you convert abandoned carts into closed deals more effectively by:

• • •      - Allowing your sales team to follow up on abandoned carts by linking them to deals
•      - Providing context about cart contents directly within deals

You can now streamline your sales process from abandoned cart to closed-won order, giving your reps a clearer path to success.

How does it work?

1. From a cart record:
   • Navigate to the Deals section
   • Click +Add to create or associate a deal
     
     

   

2. From a deal record:
   • Navigate to the Carts section
   • Click +Add to link an abandoned cart
     
     

   

Who gets it?

This feature is available for all HubSpot products and tiers.
