Associate Carts and Deals

What is it?

Associate carts with deals directly from record pages in HubSpot.

Why does it matter?

This feature helps you convert abandoned carts into closed deals more effectively by:

- - - Allowing your sales team to follow up on abandoned carts by linking them to deals
- Providing context about cart contents directly within deals

You can now streamline your sales process from abandoned cart to closed-won order, giving your reps a clearer path to success.

How does it work?

From a cart record:
- Navigate to the Deals section
- Click +Add to create or associate a deal
From a deal record:
- Navigate to the Carts section
- Click +Add to link an abandoned cart

Who gets it?

This feature is available for all HubSpot products and tiers.
