Breeze Studio makes it simple to build and manage custom AI assistants tailored to your business. These assistants are like purpose-built GPTs that live inside your HubSpot workspace—trained on your knowledge, tuned to your tone, and designed to assist your teams wherever they work. You can

• Define Assistant Behavior: Craft custom prompts to shape how your assistant responds in conversations and which topics it can cover.
• Add Contextual Knowledge: Feed your assistant internal documents, Knowledge Vaults, CRM data, and more so it understands your business like an insider.
• Embed with Breeze Assistant: Use custom assistants right next to Breeze Assistant, so they’re always available when your team needs them.

All of this is managed directly in Breeze Studio’s Assistants Editor, giving you full control over the assistant’s voice, expertise, and usage—all without writing code

How does it work?

• In the main navigation bar, navigate to Breeze. Click Breeze Studio.
• See all created custom assistants by clicking on the "Assistants" tab
• Install new off the shelf assistants by clicking "browse marketplace" in the top right corner
• Use your assistants by opening breeze assistant and clicking on the icon in the top panel for your custom assistant
• Build new assistants the editors by selecting clicking the kebab in the top right and selecting "edit"
