What is it?

Each lifecycle stage now has four new company properties that track the company's progression through its lifecycle:

• -Date entered stage
• -Date exited stage
• -Latest time in stage
• -Cumulative time in stage

Why does it matter?

These properties help you understand how companies move through your sales process, allowing you to optimize your strategies and improve conversion rates. You can now use these properties to:

• -Create reports to track and analyze company progression more effectively
• -Automate workflows based on time spent in each stage

How does it work?

To access these properties:

1. Navigate to CRM > Companies
2. Select a company record
3. Look for the new properties under About this company > View all properties

These properties are also available for custom lifecycle stages you've created.

Who gets it?

This feature is available for HubSpot Content Hub Professional and Enterprise, Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise, Data Hub Professional and Enterprise, Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise, Service Hub Professional and Enterprise, and Smart CRM Professional and Enterprise.
