What is it?

With CRM Source Citations in Breeze Assistant, you can now trace responses from Breeze back to their original source in the CRM.

Why does it matter?

Source citations allow you to see and inspect the sources that Breeze Assistant used to formulate a response.

How does it work?

No additional configuration is needed to enable source citation in Breeze Assistant. Citations will begin to appear inline and at the end of any Breeze response that references CRM source data.
