What is it?
You can now filter records on index pages based on properties from their associated objects. For example, you can filter contacts by deal properties, companies by ticket properties, or any primary record by its related object data.
Why does it matter?
You need to see how your data connects to understand your business. Previously, answering questions like, "Which companies have subscriptions up for renewal?" required manual data exports or building lists and reports. Now you can filter directly on index pages (e.g. Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tasks; etc.) to identify sales opportunities, monitor performance, and take action in real-time without switching apps or exporting data.
How does it work?
On any CRM index page:
- Open the filter panel and select the option to filter by an associated object
- Choose an associated object type (e.g., filter contacts by deal properties)
- Select the property and values you want to filter by
- Apply the filter to see your results. You can save this view, take bulk actions on the filtered records, or use them for targeted outreach.
Who gets it?
This feature is available to all paid HubSpot subscriptions.
