Customer Agent can now see images attached by your customers

What is it?

Customer Agent can now understand and act on images that your customers share in the conversation.

 

Why does it matter?

Customers often prefer sharing a quick screenshot instead of typing everything out. Until now, the agent couldn’t read those images. Now it can, saving customers time and effort and cutting down on back-and-forth.

 

How does it work?

You don’t need to do anything to set this up. Your agent will automatically process any images your customers attach to their messages.

You can, however, test this functionality in the tester. Open the tester and click the attachment icon to upload an image.
