What is it?

You can now choose which properties appear in the title card — the prominent area at the top left of every CRM record and at the top of the preview sidebar — replacing HubSpot defaults with the fields that matter most to your team.

Why does it matter?

Different teams need different information front and center. A sales rep working a contact wants phone number and time zone visible at a glance. A deal team needs custom amount fields, not HubSpot's defaults. An ops manager needs a project's custom status property on the record page. Previously, the title card displayed a fixed set of properties with no way to change them.

With a customizable title card, admins can surface the properties their teams actually rely on, reducing clicks and removing irrelevant defaults from the most visible area of every record.

How does it work?

To customize the Title card, navigate to the record and/or preview customization and locate the new Edit card option via the gear icon. Add up to five custom properties that matter most to your team's workflow.

• - Admins can select up to five custom properties to display in the title card, in addition to default ones.
• - Customizations are applied across all object types that use the default title card and are consistent across the full record page and preview sidebar.
• - If no configuration is set, the card defaults to the existing hardcoded properties.
• - Tags now display within the highlight card on Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects, and any object that natively supports them, making important status information immediately visible.
