What is it?
Data Agent now works with deals, tickets, and custom objects in the CRM.
Why does it matter?
You can now use Data Agent to extract valuable insights from your deals, tickets, and custom objects. This helps you:
- Quickly understand customer pain points from ticket information
- Identify pricing discussions mentioned in call records
- Gain deeper insights from your custom object data
How does it work?
To set up smart properties on deals, tickets, or custom objects:
- Go to Settings > Properties > Choose your Object
- Create a new property or edit an existing one
- Select Smart Property Prompt, choose Fill property using Data Agent and add your prompt
Alternatively, from the data agent home page:
- Click Create Smart Property in the upper right corner
- Follow the prompts to set up your property
You can then automatically fill properties based on various criteria or manually fill them on object pages, segments, or individual records.
Who gets it?
This feature is available for HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise, Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise, Service Hub Professional and Enterprise, CMS Hub Professional and Enterprise, and Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise.
