What is it?

Beginning on March 2, HubSpot will automatically delete export records that are 3 or more years old to optimize system performance.

Why does it matter?

• You'll maintain access to recent export history while HubSpot focuses engineering resources on new feature development
• Your export workflows remain unchanged—only the historical record of very old exports will be affected
• Export files themselves are still available for 30 days after creation, as always

How does it work?

Starting March 2, 2026, any export record from March 2, 2023 or earlier will be automatically removed from your account. After this initial cleanup, export records will automatically delete as they reach the 3-year mark.

To recover a deleted export record within 90 days of deletion, contact HubSpot Support.

Note: Export files (the actual downloadable files) remain available for 30 days after creation. This update only affects the historical record of exports in your account.
