Lead Scoring Public API

What is it?

Lead Scoring Public API is now available in beta. This exposes programmatic access to read, create, update, and delete lead scoring configurations, read computed score values, and reset scores via versioned REST endpoints on developers.hubspot.com.

Why does it matter?

Integrators can now programmatically manage scoring rules, read scores, utilize partner integrations, automation tools, and external analytics using the Lead Scoring Public API.

Customer Agent now cites sources in your visitor's language

What is it? Customer agent now filters out citations that don't match the language of the response it generated. Only citations in the visitor's language are shown.
