What is it?

You can now search for Orders directly from HubSpot’s global search bar — right alongside contacts, companies, deals, and more.

Why does it matter?

Orders store information about e-commerce purchases in HubSpot. For example, when a buyer adds products to their cart and completes a purchase, that transaction is stored as an order. Making orders searchable means you can now quickly find and reference purchase data across your connected tools — all within HubSpot.

How does it work?

When you use the global search in the top navigation, you’ll now see Order records in your results. Just start typing an order name, number, or related detail, and HubSpot will surface any matching records — alongside other relevant results.
