What is it?
When you reconnect a social account after its token expires, HubSpot now restores your previous Account Access setting instead of resetting it to "Everyone."
Why does it matter?
Account Access controls who in your portal can see and publish from a connected social account. Previously, reconnecting an expired account automatically reset this setting to "Everyone," which could expose accounts to unintended users or require manual correction after every reconnection. Now, your access settings are preserved automatically.
How does it work?
When you reconnect a social account, HubSpot now looks up and restores your previous Account Access setting. If the channel is brand new, it still defaults to "Everyone."
Who gets it?
This feature is available to HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise customers.
