What is it?

App objects let certain apps from the HubSpot Marketplace create dedicated CRM objects directly inside your portal. These objects give integration data a structured home in HubSpot, so you can store and act on app-specific data just like contacts, companies, or deals.

Why does it matter?

Until now, integration data often didn’t have a natural place in HubSpot. App objects solve this by letting apps bring their data natively into your CRM, making it fully available for workflows, lists, and reports. That means you can keep all your business data in one place directly in HubSpot without messy workarounds.

How does it work?

When you install an app that uses app objects, HubSpot automatically creates the objects defined by that app. Once created, the data is instantly usable across HubSpot tools, including automation, segmentation, and reporting – no additional setup required.

Who gets it?

All HubSpot customers, on any plan, can access app objects by installing apps that support them from the HubSpot Marketplace. An app collection with available app objects will soon be available on the HubSpot Marketplace.
