Subscription Retries for Card Payments

What is it?

With this update, failed subscription card payments are now automatically retried. When a subscription card payment fails, the system will retry the payment following a predefined schedule to help prevent lost revenue.

 

Why does it matter?

Failed payments cause friction—this feature helps you retry failed card payments automatically to keep subscribers active, and avoid payment failures or declines.

 

How does it work?

This feature is automatically enabled for all Commerce Hub users—no opt-in required. When a subscription card payment fails, the transaction will be retried according to a predefined schedule.

All hubs and tiers
