Faster retrieval of social media comments

What is it?

You can now see social comments within HubSpot in near real-time, enabling you to more quickly identify, prioritize, and reply to critical social conversations.

Why does it matter?

Previously, retrieval of comments was not happening as quickly, meaning that there might be a lengthy gap of time between the posting of the comment on the social network and the appearance of that comment inside HubSpot's Social Inbox. Faster retrieval means you can be more efficient and effective in replying to critical social conversations.

How does it work?

We've updated our data retrieval capabilities to get notified immediately when a comment is made, rather than polling for new comments over time.
