Sales Workspace Updates

What is it?

We've updated the sales workspace to integrate more seamlessly with the Smart CRM, making it easier for sales reps to move between systems and focus on high-impact activities. Portals on the current version will keep their existing experience.

Why does it matter?

Customers told us they loved the AI insights in the workspace but needed their CRM views to get work done. Instead of having overlapping experiences, we've rebuilt the workspace to complement the Smart CRM. This creates a more unified experience where the workspace serves as your command center that launches you directly into the right CRM tools.

How does it work?

Here's what's new on the Summary page:

• Quick links now take you directly to your full CRM index pages, replacing the separate Prospects and Deals tabs
• More customization options with the ability to drag-and-drop or collapse cards to personalize your view
• The Stalled deals card gives you direct access to your at-risk deals
• The Schedule side panel now has a list view giving you easy access to start tasks and prep and follow up for meetings

Other workspace updates:

• Suggested tasks replace guided actions as they are integrated into the tasks experience. While some guided actions will transition to this new format, others are being refined and may be added back in future updates
• Task queues replace the existing workspace playlist experience, providing more consistency whether completing tasks through the workspace or the CRM

No changes have been made to your Schedule, Tasks, and Dashboard tabs.

Who gets it?

To minimize the disruption of your workflow, we are using a phased rollout:

• If you're new to HubSpot or aren't using the workspace, you'll see the updated experience automatically
• If you're actively using the current workspace, you'll stay on the current version. You'll have full control to opt-in to the new experience (and opt-out if needed). When we do decide on a full migration timeline, we'll notify you well in advance and help you make a smooth transition

The sales workspace is available on Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise.
