What is it?

We have updated the notification banner for all sandbox environments. A persistent blue banner now displays at the top of the page, clearly stating the name of the sandbox environment you are active in.

Why does it matter?

The previous yellow banner often caused friction, especially when there were other yellow banners visible in the top navigation. Based on user feedback, we designed the new banner to be a unique and constant visual cue. This change ensures you can quickly and confidently distinguish which environment you are in, helping to prevent accidental actions in production.

How does it work?

Once you log into your sandbox, you'll see the new blue banner. To return to production, select your production portal from within the account picker.

Enterprise Customer Platform, Content Hub Enterprise, Marketing Hub Enterprise, Operations Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Enterprise, Service Hub Enterprise
