What is it?

The Social Inbox AI Weekly Insights beta program will be sunset on September 30, 2025.

Why does it matter?

While this beta release is being sunset, we are applying the learnings we have gained to inform current and future product features. One example is the new Social comment sentiment classification feature in the Social Reply tab, that enables you to quickly understand your audience's sentiment toward social conversations you're involved in so you can prioritize which conversations to reply to first.

How does it work?

After sunset, the Social Inbox AI Weekly Insights feature will no longer be available in the Social Reply tab.
